when opening ArcMap, it gives license error "You are not licensed for ArcInfo."

I want to use Arcmap 9.3. very urgently.

Please help.

what licence level do you have. You might be able to use ArcView, but not ArcInfo, which is a higher licence level. I have also found that opening a file directly causes licence problems sometimes. – Stev_k Apr 8 '12 at 10:03

Contact your local ESRI office. Whenever I had issues with licensing they were quick to assist. – Jakub Apr 8 '12 at 12:15
