I have a map where users are going to primarily being viewing a particular area, so I cached this area and checked off the dynamic tiling option inside of the service properties this worked fine for a while every time the map would load and a user went outside my tiled area the system behaved as expected it started the tiling process tiled that area they went to and stopped. Then the dynamic tiling quit operating, it won't start at all no matter where I go on my map I of course have checked the web and this site but have found no answers every time my end user goes goes to the area outside my tiled area they get a massive blank spot all the way around the tiled area. Any suggestions as what to try will be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I'm using arcgis server and my client is a webpage that we built to use the map, it uses the javascript api.

Are you using ArcGIS Server? what is your client? is it a Javascript app, or something else? These details would aid in suggesting the debugging process. – Devdatta Tengshe Apr 13 '12 at 3:41
