Is there a way around to clean it up the bad stripping? I explained to him that there are possibility that are 2 reasons for that is the that airplane it flew may have shift the bad stripping or the area that may have artifacts.

Thanks

Would it be possible to link to an image of the stripping? I might have a python script that can fix this type of systematic error, but I would like to see the data (a non-georeferenced jpeg sample is fine). –  Jay Laura May 15 '12 at 21:00
