I am currently using QGIS with Lidar data to produce hillshade images. I have split the lidar data in 20 files (31kb).

Some of the files are working some are not. I have checked the files xyz are correct and look normal.

I can add a delimited vector layer, and everything is correct and save as shapefile. Then I load data for interpolation tool as it is building in may get to 7-10% then crashes.

Why is this happening?

Also I'm trying to add hillshade relief plugin; I can't find it and can't load load it. There is no link to this plugin at pyqgis.org.

In 1.7.4 the hillshade plugin is called "DEM relief shader". – underdark♦ May 15 '12 at 17:11
