I want to rotate my symbols using the rotation-field in my atribute-table. After choosing the rotationfield, my symbols become invisible (the text is still there).

I tried to reproduce this in 1.8 Categorized point renderer. The symbols rotated correctly and did not vanish. Can you provide more info? – underdark♦ Jun 10 '12 at 14:08
I solved the problem by recreating the categorization. I don't know why, but its working now... – MAP Jun 10 '12 at 16:41
