I am importing a gsx set of waypoints with lat/lon taken in degrees, minutes, and thousandths of a minute. When they are added to my project, the waypoints are not showing up correctly - the coordinates are way off. New to the software, so appreciate the help.

Make sure that you have Latitude Longitude in the correct order. Some systems expect x/y (longitude/Latitude) others expect Latitude/longitude. – mhoran_psprep Jun 25 '12 at 13:01
