I have task to create software solution in MVC3 with offline maps for Macedonia. I would like the map to have all functionality like zoom, markers, polygons, routes. I read a lot about that but a didn't find anything that i need. I wrote the same project with google maps and javascript before 1-2 months, but i don't know how to do that with offline maps.
