Geographic Information Systems Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for cartographers, geographers and GIS professionals. It's 100% free, no registration required.

We use vOpenLayers which is a direct derivative from the OpenLayers.js library. As soon as we embed google maps we get from time to time (not repetativ, not systematic) these popus. Google maps doesn't even need to be used. In this case the active layer is an OSM layer with our own stylesheet.

Has anyone the same issue and is there a solution?

It is not about hidding a copyright. We use googlemaps to test and to compare sometimes, and this popup is really ennoying. I'm not sure thought if this issue startet with the API change v2 -> v3

Thanks!
