I am able to get the x and y coordinate values from point, polyline, polygon and multipoint type featureclasses. However, I am unable to export x and y coordinate values of an annotational featureclass programmatically. Please give me any code example. Thanks.

Did you use code for the other feature classes? If so, what language did you use? Have you started to write some code that you could post here to get help with? – PolyGeo Aug 31 '12 at 5:30
