I'm using QGIS to project some shapes that are in WGS84 coordinate system. I want to add a grid to the map in the map composer but when I try to do it the degrees don't show up. I have tried to do grids using shapes in UTM projection and there's no problem there. Am I missing something?? When using the WGS84 shapes, in the map composer, there is no problem adding a scale in degrees. I don't care about the scale... all I want is a Grid in degrees.

Thank you very much for your help

There should not be any problem add a Lat/Lon graticule in the print composer. What interval did you set? If it's a smal area, you might need an interval like 0.1 (~=10 km) in order to have the graticule lines spaced appropriately. – Micha Sep 21 '12 at 6:50
