I'm getting this error:

OTB execution console output '"C:\OSGeo4W\bin\otbcli_MeanShiftSegmentation"' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

On which console did you run this? Please add the command you tried to run, too. – R.K. Sep 24 '12 at 12:19
In the sextante plugin for QGIS – vascobnunes Sep 24 '12 at 12:42
To which version of QGIS are you refering? – ragnvald Jan 26 '15 at 18:31

That error usually happens when the program being executed can't be found. Please try adding the C:\OSGeo4W\bin directory to your PATH environment variable.

... and make sure that you have installed the otb package!. The processing/sextante toolbox is only an interface to otb, it does not contain otb itself. – AndreJ Jan 27 '15 at 15:57
