I'm having trouble with Rotate Point Symbols tool on QGIS 1.7.4, installed via the standalone installer.

It just doesn't work. I can see the button on the Advanced Editing toolbar and in Configure Shortcuts window, but the button stays inactive.

I did get it to work with QGIS 1.8 and on the same dataset, so its not about the missing rotation field or sth. But still, i want it to work with QGIS 1.7.4 too.

Any ideas?
