I’m using as a Data Store the Web Feature Server option, but I have a serious problem, because Geoserver needs to know what Coordinate Reference System of my data. This information is used for computing the latitude/longitude bounding box and reprojecting the data. In my case, I’m using Native SRS and Declared SRS as EPSG:4326, but if I choose SRS Handling as force declared or maintain native, distorts my layers; because in Bounding Boxes computes the coordinates wrong.

You need to know what the projection of your data is and set that as the declared CRS. – iant Oct 3 '12 at 7:43
This is not the problem. My layers are in EPSG = 4326. – Fernanda Oct 4 '12 at 13:25
