I am using vb.net, intergraph and oracle database. I am using 40 layers in my web map. I want to turn off the layers by default, so that the map loads fast. I want only the base map (5 layers) layers to be displayed. I want to the other layers to display when I check them/turn on in the legend.

I am looking for vb.net code which does this?
