There is this "how do I do that?", it's not complete but may be helpful if you compare it with the original "How do I do that in ArcGIS/Manifold" doc:

while it does focus on functionality, it's not about being complete if certain functionality arent helpful, it's about that there's nothing to compare it with to arcgis tho, not helpful -- it's singular-noncontexal info, those kind of info are not the best kinds – kittensatplay Oct 9 '12 at 0:57

yes those kind of info are better, a review from a 3rd party, fairly top school, and now it can be compared, but in a extremely troublesome way, guess someone could make a blog with the outcome, would be better – kittensatplay Oct 9 '12 at 1:00

but then saves the other 99.99999% the trouble when that experienced, leading, quality person just says A over B is the best and better and more easy to use, overall net gain and long-term worth to the global society is good -- utilitarianism – kittensatplay Oct 9 '12 at 1:05
