When creating a map service from an MXD I'm running into an issue where my imagery is turning completely grey.

I start with an MXD which has my mosaicked image and I publish it to a map service (no issue here).

I navigate to the map service in catalog and there is my image.

When I zoom in the image turns completely grey.

Is there some setting on the map service which could cause this or something I need to check when running the publish from Arcmap?
