I am doing my Thesis and I want to compare two software design tools... This is the Thesis. Comparison. The one software is the ArcGisDiagrammer and the other is Enterprise Architect a UML tool. How I can make the comparison between them? I have NO idea how I can compare data model design software. In which criteria I have to focus? I am thinking to make a model in both software...but how I can compare? They told me that there are specific way to compare... Anyone have an idea????

I think this question needs more background on what requirements you are looking to address using these tools before it properly fits SE GIS' Q&A format. Perhaps have a read of the FAQ to see how you may be able to improve it. – PolyGeo Oct 26 '12 at 9:36
