I am developing a transit app and using Google transit GTFS structure. So for table stops_times.txt i have to specify the arrivals and departure times of bus. But in my case buses doesn't have specific times, they keep on moving all the day on a route (say from 0900 to 1800 hrs). How i can tackle this problem ?

Lots of transit systems have time tables for each stop. So you kind of know if it will take 15 minutes between stops and you know when the route starts. That is what I have seen in several public transit systems. – Jamie Dec 14 '12 at 18:57
Same applies with the real-time GTFS developers.google.com/transit/gtfs-realtime Vehicle positions at a know point and the distance to stop time can be calculated – Mapperz♦ Dec 14 '12 at 21:18
