This question is about Spatial Weights Matrix in ArcGIS. Does it take into account 3D or not? I want to calculate Spatial Weights Matrix with SPACE_TIME_WINDOW.

Have a look at this page which has instructions for viewing your data in 3D. – Fezter Dec 15 '12 at 23:31
The answer might depend on the version of ArcGIS you are using. When I last looked (in ArcGIS 9.1), this matrix was computed with user-readable Python code and clearly the calculations were strictly two-dimensional. – whuber Dec 16 '12 at 17:27
