I am accessing a secured ArcGIS SOAP service with ?wsdl at the end. When I try to open the service in IE, I get a mixed content (https & http) warning. I do not get that warning when I try to open the REST version of the map service in IE.

If I do not click the "Show All Content" button, then the browser window shows all of the contents of the <xs:documentation> tags listed as raw text.

I am using ArcGIS Server 10.0.

Does anyone know why I am getting that warning?
