Ohio has a great website for their Electric Service Commission and I am looking for a shape file or data that would get me the service boundaries of electric companies for other states. EIA has data down to the county. Does anyone know of anyone having it down to the zip code? Or Shapefiles.

Good luck on finding this stuff - in my experience, electric companies don't like to share any kind of data. – L_Holcombe Jan 24 at 22:10
you will have to look at the equivalent office for each state. The federal government doesn't regulate the distribution network, only the transmission network. – mhoran_psprep Jan 25 at 14:27
