How can I get house coordinates (latitude, longitude) by street.name and house.number? If it is possible, how I can get it?

For the United States? Europe? Different data sources have different levels of availability and reliability. You may want to browse the geocoding tag on this site, there may already be a full answer to your question. Welcome to gis.se! – Jason Scheirer Feb 7 at 9:12
