I'd like to find GeoJSON files to draw the polygons of municipalities of Puerto Rico.

It might be nice get the Nokia Map (or any reasonable publicly available map) of the same regions and overlay the results.

There is a ArcGIS Server REST Service - hope your Spanish is good. – Mapperz Feb 11 '13 at 18:35
You would still have to convert to GeoJSON, but USGS Earth Explorer has the municipalities as part of the 'county' dataset: available in shapefile, personal or file geodatabase. Look under the boundaries category. – mkennedy Feb 11 '13 at 20:54
