At the end of the installation of ArcGIS Desktop 10, we need to configure the license server administration. We find a problem when we write "localhost" as administrator of the license.

Do you have the admin rights ? what is the OS is it win 7? if yes then login as admin and then right click and select run as admin and then run the license administrator.This is due to in proper credentials. – Sunil Feb 12 at 10:59
