Style palette in my Qgis does not work. When choose Properties, Style on a Shape layer and click Change color only an empty dialog of 1 X 1 cm shows up. What do I do wrong? Mac OS 10.6.8, Qgis 1.8

I've got exactly the same set up as you - and don't appear to have the same problem (big help I know!). What build do you have of QGIS - note that different versions exist for different OS - are you entirely sure you downloaded the Snow Leopard version? I'd suggest a reinstall as something appears not to have worked. – Andy TIce Feb 12 at 23:19
I have now reinstalled Qgis 1.8.0-2, and checked that the version is for Snow Leopard, and it still does not work. Any other suggestions? Henrik – user15119 Feb 13 at 9:51
