The initial idea is to make a multiuser web service for editing versions of an ArcSDE geodatabase online (each version for each user. Is it possible to acces through a password and user name?). Can I create my own personal interface with specífic tools of ArcGIS?

I need to edit 3D vertices of lines, polygons, points, create new features, copy, paste, clip, delete, make selections,... and other simple tools, also edit the attribute tables like in ArcGIS Desktop (but not geoprocessing tools), and I don't know if this is possible.

Can anyone give me an idea of what can I create? And what are the steps I need to study and prepare this ideas?

Absolutely possible. You can start by taking a look at the ArcGIS Server feature services. They provide functionality for performing web editing of the features stored in the ArcSDE geodatabase (both versioned and non-versioned editing is supported). You will be able to update the geometry and attributes of the features. 3D-editing is not directly enabled (not in the view you see data in ArcScene) yet editing data with the z-values is absolutely possible.

You would need to either develop an own web application that would consume this feature service or use a ready-to-use application, for instance, ArcGIS Viewer for Flex or ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight. Both of these viewers would be a great place for you to start testing the web editing functionality and they have built-in support for user log-in menus when accessing secured services. Specifying what ArcSDE version to connect would be possible both at the service level or directly in the code, I've seen some sample demos for that.

Most of the editing tools you named in the question are included with the viewers, but you would need to implement them on your own if you choose to build an own application. For those simple editing operations, you may use the geometry service - see here for full list of supported geometry service operations. If there is something more advanced - geoprocessing services can be used.

Lot of thanks Alex, I've constructed some viewers with both viewers (for Flex and for Silverlight) and some samples to construct my own application with Java Script and I'm in process of learning more. Now I've some problems: in all applications I've viewed the layers of my FeatureServer and it allows to modify the attribut values and delete some features but I couldn't to update the geometry by moving vertexs of any feature. Sometimes it might be tricky to update the vertices of the feature via the web editing. I've experienced this myself and seen this behaviour in application of others. However, I cannot suggest any specific actions that would fix the problem. Try installing the latest version of the viewers and make sure you have allowed editing of the shape in the editing configuration. Build a test web app with the editing tool in SL viewer by adding this feature service: servicesbeta.esri.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Washington/…. Yes, that feature service works. I think I've problems because I haven't registered the database in Arcgis Server, but I'm not sure. I was trying to publish only two layers of a version of my geodatabase without register it. – idean Apr 5 at 10:47
However, I've some more questions: I want to work in a replicated data from an enterprise geodatabase, then I need also to work in versions of the geodatabase per each user on web. Is it possible? Can I create the versions and each user acces to their version in the app? How can I administer that? I'm not sure if this is the way to work. Sorry for the english, is not my mother language. You can define what version a user will connect to either in the logic of your application (resources.arcgis.com/en/help/flex-api/samples/index.html#//… example) or from a map service (by publishing data from a specific version). I.e., you can create the versions and each user acces to their version in the app. Administration of the versions can be managed at the geodatabase level (ArcGIS Desktop or ArcSDE commands).
