I'm trying to create a model to find POI by selection by atrribute.

I have feature layer (POI with three fields Kat_1, Kat_2, Kat_3 ) and 3 parameters ( Variables: Kat_1,Kat_2,Kat_3).

How do I import value list from feature to variables?

Please clarify your specific problem or add additional details to highlight exactly what you need. As it's currently written, it’s hard to tell exactly what you're asking. What is the difference between your fields and parameters? – Aaron Apr 3 '13 at 12:09
parameters are model parameters ( right click and create variables) – Daniel Apr 3 '13 at 12:21
in variable parameters under "this variable contains:" I check "A list of values" but i can't import values from the feature – Daniel Apr 3 '13 at 12:30
Would you be able to include a graphic illustrating your model so far, please? You can do this by using the edit button beneath your Question. Also, that would be an opportune time to revise your Question with additional information that you have posted as Comments so that your precise Question can become clearer. – PolyGeo Jan 26 '14 at 23:17

Having added the variable to model builder (lets say it's of type LONG) you need to do the following:

  1. Right click on it and go to properties
  2. Under general tab set to "A list of values"
  3. Its a good thing to verify data type under the Data Type tab
  4. Click OK to accept
  5. Right click on variable which should look like a stacked pancake symbol and select OPEN
  6. You will be presented with a multi-value grid
  7. Right click on the colum and select "Insert values from table"

I think you can only have up to 50 values in a list?
