I have a point symbolizer that should display a symbol image and a label text. Rotation on the symbol works, but I have not found out how to rotate the label text.

This is what I have:

      <sld:PointSymbolizer uom="http://www.opengeospatial.org/se/units/metre">
        <sld:Graphic>
          <sld:ExternalGraphic>
            <sld:OnlineResource xlink:href="sef/NS.png" />
            <sld:Format>image/png</sld:Format>
          </sld:ExternalGraphic>
          <sld:Opacity>1.0</sld:Opacity>
          <sld:Size>5.0</sld:Size>
          <sld:Rotation>
            <ogc:PropertyName>ROTATION</ogc:PropertyName>
          </sld:Rotation>
        </sld:Graphic>
        <sld:Label>
          <ogc:Literal>${SERVICE_NUMBER}</ogc:Literal>
          <sld:Rotation>
            <ogc:PropertyName>ROTATION</ogc:PropertyName>
          </sld:Rotation>
        </sld:Label>
        <sld:Font>
          <sld:CssParameter name = "font-family">Arial</sld:CssParameter>
          <sld:CssParameter name = "font-size">18</sld:CssParameter>
          <sld:CssParameter name = "font-weight">Bold</sld:CssParameter>
        </sld:Font>
      </sld:PointSymbolizer>
