I'm trying to fill voids in 32 bit Float DEM/Raster Data using the QGIS Sextante Tools, I have found that the close gaps method gives the best results for my processes. The problem is that I can run my Clipped DEM files individually with great results, but when I try to execute as batch process it always gives me errors.

I have entered my individual process settings and my batch process configuration below:

Individual Process:

Grid: C:\File\location\Clipped\file_clip_1.tif

Mask: [Not Selected]

Tension Threshold: 0.1

Changed Grid: C:\File\location\Close_Gaps\file_clip_1_VF.tif

I hit OK and the algorithm runs and the output looks great.

Batch Process (No Value set for mask):

Grid: C:\File\location\Clipped\file_clip_1.tif

Mask:

Tension Threshold: 0.1

Changed Grid: C:\File\location\Close_Gaps\file_clip_1_VF.tif

Which gives me the error:

An error has occured while executing Python code:

Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:/Documents and Settings/vex_production/.qgis//python/plugins\sextante\gui\BatchProcessingDialog.py", line 117, in accept QMessageBox.critical(self.dialog, "Unable to execute batch process", "Wrong or missing parameter values") AttributeError: 'BatchProcessingDialog' object has no attribute 'dialog'

Python version: 2.7.2 (default, Jun 12 2011, 15:08:59) [MSC v.1500 32 bit (Intel)]

QGIS version: 1.8.0-Lisboa Lisboa, f440b60

If I try to use "[Not Selected]" as my mask value (the same syntax as the individual process) it gives me the same error.

If I try using my original file as a mask it does not do anything but completes, is there a value I should enter for the Mask that will set it to not use a mask and not fail, If I use a polygon created from the layer extent it says it completed successfully but does not do anything and an error comes up in the background:

An error has occured while executing Python code:

TypeError: error() takes exactly 2 arguments (1 given)

Python version: 2.7.2 (default, Jun 12 2011, 15:08:59) [MSC v.1500 32 bit (Intel)]

QGIS version: 1.8.0-Lisboa Lisboa, f440b60

One of these error messages comes up for each process in the batch process i.e. if I set up 3 there will be 3 messages, if I set up 20 there will be 20 Messages.

I'm just wondering if anyones knows how the batch process can be setup and run correctly,

Thank you

Jeff

Sounds like a case for a bug report to me. –  underdark Apr 16 '13 at 16:41
