How do you use an equation from a regression analysis from Microsoft Excel to create a new available water holding capacity (AWC) map from an electromagnetic (EM) map. They are both to be in raster resolution. I have been told The equation describing the relationship can then be used to convert all EM values for grid cells from the map to AWC but I don't know how to do this in ArcMap.

Welcome to SE-GIS! What version of ArcGIS for Desktop are you using? Do you have access to the Spatial Analyst extension? It is usually useful to have details like this in your question to let people wanting to help know what precise software you have available. – PolyGeo May 6 '13 at 7:11
You use "map algebra" for this, typically with a "raster calculator" tool, at the command line, or within a script. A screen shot of an expression (similar to what yours might look like) appears in this question. – whuber May 6 '13 at 12:47
