This question already has an answer here:
I have an issue with a Google Satellite map (3.5 or 3.2) using Openlayers (2.12).
The problem, I guess, is a perspective problem. When I drag the map, the features are not at the same point and seems to move independently from base layer. I mean, If a place a feature on the top-left corner of a swimming-pool (for example) and drag the map, the feature seems to appear to be a little moved to the center of the swimming-pool.
When I use others base layers, like OSM, Google Streets, etc I have no problem.
I'm creating the map using the EPSG:900913 projection and also tried with the EPSG:3857 like this examples shows http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/google-v3.js
My problem happens in all browsers I tested
Thanks in advance
