Use for questions about ANUDEM and the Topo To Raster tools of ArcGIS Pro and ArcMap which are based on it.

ANUDEM is a program that calculates regular grid digital elevation models (DEMs) with sensible shape and drainage structure from arbitrarily large topographic data sets.

It has been used to develop DEMs ranging from fine scale experimental catchments to continental scale.

It has been developed by the Fenner School of Environment & Society, The Australian National University, Canberra

ANUDEM is the basis of the Topo To Raster tool of ArcGIS Pro:

The Topo to Raster tool is an interpolation method specifically designed for the creation of hydrologically correct digital elevation models (DEMs). It is based on the ANUDEM program developed by Michael Hutchinson (1988, 1989, 1996, 2000, 2011).
