How can I go about finding demographic data by DMA ID? Is there a data file I can download from somewhere that I can use to import into my web application?

Welcome to GIS Stack Exchange! Would it be possible to explain how this question relates to GIS because to me it looks like it may be off topic for this site. –  PolyGeo Jun 14 '13 at 21:24

Do you mean the DMA areas used by Nielsen (stssamples.com/dma-codes.asp)? I'd be careful if I were you - these appear to be a registered device used by them. If you had the boundaries you'd be able to aggregate from Census Tract data ... but I'd advise against this! –  Andrew Tice Jun 15 '13 at 6:02

@PolyGeo Thanks! DMA's correlate to geographic regions and I'm looking to pull relevant information about them. If that is out of scope, my apologies. –  VinnyD Jun 15 '13 at 17:27
