The below error message displaying when user leaves the arcmap desktop for more than one hour without any performance on the map, if this error comes then user should close the Arcmap and re-open it again, any suggestions how we can over come this problem.

Arcmap Version 9.3.1

enter image description here

I got this message in the details box.

***** JIT Debugging ******* To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this application or computer (machine.config) must have the jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section. The application must also be compiled with debugging enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Are you using any special plugins? If it happens with normal operations, you should just report this to ESRI. –  BradHards Jul 7 '13 at 6:30
@BradHards Thanks for your reply, We have some customized extentions tabs as shown in the above image top right corner, do they interrupt our Arcmap application..??? yes this problem is for normal operators. but when i get this error there is no window opens for sending report to ESRI, so how i can handle in that case....if this is reason for our extensions can i solve it..??? –  Ganeshnarim Jul 7 '13 at 17:27
I think there are two options: its a bug in ArcMap (which you are unlikely to be the first to discover, but should be reported to ESRI), or its a bug in something you've added (in which case you need to provide much more detail about what you added, how, why, etc; and we're still unlikely to be able to help without source code). –  BradHards Jul 7 '13 at 20:54
@BradHards even if i don't get the report window to ESRI can i raise the issue...?? since i'm a desktop end user i'm not able to access the source code.. if you can please tell where i can get the source code for these type of applications i'll sure to give the reference for your understanding.. –  Ganeshnarim Jul 8 '13 at 2:18
A google search will give you the contact details for ESRI support (I got support.esri.com/en). I still think its something that you (or your admin / IT team) have added to ArcMap. However we can't tell what that is unless you can provide more info. –  BradHards Jul 8 '13 at 3:17
