Geographic Information Systems Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for cartographers, geographers and GIS professionals. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I'm recording my travel times between home and office using "Open GPS Tracker" on Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nl.sogeti.android.gpstracker), so that I can figure out the 'optimal' time to leave for work and vice versa.

I'm gathering data in GPX format, but am trying to figure out a way I can compare the various data sets. The problem is that the location at which I start the tracking isnt that standardized (slightly different points in the office building, at home, etc).

Note: I follow exactly the same route to and from office, so there's no deviation in that path, but of course the tracker program would be recording different GPS locations on different days.

Is there a better program that can capture the data more appropriately for me?
