I have two vector shapefiles with different geometries: point theme with depth attributes and line theme with contour of water body (zero depth). How can I build the raster from this two different shapes?

The problem of the obvious solution (1. convert line theme to point; 2. merge point themes; 3. create raster from the merged vector theme) is low density of line vertexes, therefore the newly created raster becomes distorted in the coastal areas: enter image description here

How can I use the information stored in the line theme in order to improve the results of interpolation? Thank you.
