Can QGIS be silently installed and uninstalled? We are looking to deploy this to several users for evaluation.

What operating system are you on? For Windows, try OSGEO4W - it installs everything into a directory, which can just be copied to any other computer. –  Darren Cope Sep 13 '13 at 13:44

So there aren't any specific Dlls or controls that need to be registered? I will give the 'copy' a try and report back. Thank you. –  LD Ferg Sep 13 '13 at 22:40

@LDFerg: No, if you install via the OSGEO4W package, everything is contained in the install folder. Give it a try, I suspect it will work for you. –  Darren Cope Sep 20 '13 at 16:58
