I have written an AddIn-Tool and want to handle the OnSketchFinished-Event. The Way

((IEditEvents_event)_myEditSketch).OnSketchFinished += OnFinishedSketch;

doesn't really work for me, cause I need the get the event before the feature is created. I rather need something like the OnFinishSketch that was fired by the IEditTask.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem? I'm very thankful for any suggestions.

What are you trying to achieve? Modify the sketch geometry before the feature gets actually created? – Petr Krebs Mar 25 '11 at 12:50
Maybe change your title, since you aren't really overriding , more like handling. – Kirk Kuykendall Mar 25 '11 at 13:51
@ Petr: Something like that. Not really modify but I want to intersect the sketch with other features. That work very well in ArcGIS9 with the OnFinishSketchEvent of IEditTask, but in ArcGIS10 with not having IEditTask in an AddIn I can't find any way to bring this to work... @ Kirk: Thanks for your advice. I changed the title and my post to describe my problem more clearly. – user2460 Mar 25 '11 at 14:30
