how to verify SOAP endpoint is working or not in AGS Server 10 Java?
Since we applied AGS 10 Sp 4 Patch, our web apps fails to get connected in GIS server.
As per ESRI it SP4 patch broke SOAP endpoint and we uninstalled and installed AGS but still has same problem.
