How Mapserver deals with Huge Aerial Images I came across your post regarding "serve large aerial photos in ECW format with MapServer". I am trying same thing on MapServer but with no success. I have GDAL installed with ECW support, MapServer supporting GDAL input. However on serving ECW in mapfile I get "Corrupt, empty or missing file 'file.ecw'...". Can you give me some steps on how you did it working? |

How to publish PostGIS Rasters in Geoserver? No updates... I had to drop the idea of creating a JDBC Image Mosaic because i just couldn't create it in Geoserver. I am using now the ImagePyramid store and files are kept on the disk. |

Can we create views over a raster table in Postgis2.0? Raster Overview = a lower resolution caricature of a higher resolution table. I don't need a lower resolution, I need a portion of the big raster at the original quality available as a SQL view. |
