comment Custom Geoprocessing messages/progress indicator Arcgis 10.2 Modelbuilder?
You could try incorporating a Python script tool into your model that accesses SetProgressor etc
comment Multipart to Singlepart without Output
Please edit your question to include the GIS software that you are using? It looks like ArcGIS for Desktop but QGIS etc often have similar terminology. Also, be sure to take the Tour.
comment Improving performance of Laspy?
In that case I think you should develop a code snippet that focuses on just that critical part and present just that, instead of your whole code, here. See…
comment how to create batch file of R commands like stack,NDVI
As per the Tour there should be only one question per question.
comment Installing ArcGIS Editor 10.2 for OSM?
Would you be able to edit your question to include details like the precise version of ArcGIS 10.2.x for Desktop that you have installed, the location that you downloaded ArcGIS Editor for OpenStreetMap from, and the precise steps that you performed with any feedback from that install, please? What makes you "think others have same issues"? I no longer have 10.2 installed to test but my recollection is that this install has gone smoothly whenever I have done it which is a few times.

Welcome to GIS SE! As a new user be sure to take the Tour where you will learn that there should be only one question asked per question here.
comment Routing on network?
You could look at the routing tools used by others in earlier Q&As here:
comment How to solve this topology calculation equation system?
What have you tried in terms of research to try and answer your own question prior to posting it? Please edit your question to let us know both that and how you plan to use any answers offered in your GIS work. "You should only ask practical, answerable questions based on actual problems that you face."
comment Which overlay method to choose?
As it stands I think your question is still too broad because you have just described a scenario and asked us how to answer a question about it but have not told us precisely what you have tried and where you are stuck.
comment Python Error for MMQGIS-Geocode
Welcome to GIS SE! Would you be able to use the edit button beneath your question to replace or at least augment the picture of your error message with the text from it, please? That way it is available for future searches.
comment Mapping multiple datasets using Google Fusion Tables - possible?
Welcome to GIS SE! As a new user be sure to take the Tour where you will see that there should be only one question per question asked here.
comment How to fishnet many individual polygon features at once using each feature's extent?
I'm sorry but I do not understand the question in your comment. However, I think the illustration in the Help should help you to understand how it works - or just try it.
comment Unioning Overlapped polygon in single layer so information from both in attribute Table using ArcGIS for Desktop?
I think your question would be much clearer with a picture of the geometries and attributes that result when you try to do this using the Union tool of ArcGIS for Desktop.
comment Viticulture GIS
Asking for career advice on GIS SE is at best problematic. Please see this Meta Q&A for our current de facto policies on doing so:
comment Drawing Line Boundaries from one PostGIS Table to Another?
You seem to have asked the same question in three slightly different ways. I recommend editing the original to include a diagram of precisely what you are asking. That way you will be able to refer to it if anyone provides an answer that you are not ready to accept.
comment Getting current geoposition coordinates in Python?
Including your code snippet so far should help to get your question re-opened.
comment Finding points within distance of polygon using ArcGIS for Desktop?
Welcome to GIS SE! As a new user be sure to take the Tour where you will see that there should be only one question per question.
comment show some data on a map by OpenStreetMap from C# VS2013
Unfortunately, I think this makes your question of the form "Here are my requirements, can you help me design my solution?", and that is not suitable for focussed Q&A where we look to see what you have tried and where you are stuck.
