comment Error with “lowess” function in R
Before calculating this, I have just read images as single layers and stacked them. Then a small section of stacked image has been cropped by small extent to text the code. This cropped small section is being used for the calculation of this script. Can these read and crop function effect on the calculation?

comment How to predict a variable as a function of time for each land cover
@Jeffrey Evans. When I run this function, there is something wrong. Can you tell me what "Error in .calcTest(x[1:5], fun, na.rm, forcefun, forceapply): cannot use this function" mean?

comment Is there any method to choose the value of each pixel according to land cover
I have found that it is easy in ERDAS using "Either if" conditional statement of model maker. Hope this helps.

comment How to predict a variable as a function of time for each land cover
Thank you Jeffrey Evans. The reason to separate each land cover is just to reduce file size. Due to big size of image, R is taking very long time for this calculation. Then someone suggested me to use timely average data or spatial subset. Since timely information is my main point, I decided to calculate the regression for each land cover.

Thank you for your feedback. But I don't have any experience in R. If you tell me the steps I can take in ARCGIS, it would be appreciated.
