Could you clarify what you mean by fitting lines to lat/long points? What values are you trying to predict, and are you trying to estimate values between measured locations, or just account for the geographic locations?

Aeronet is aeronet.gsfc.nasa.gov Beyond that, all I know is they collect information on Aerosols and that the OTB tool asks for it. I did download the level 1 multispectral product directly from USGS, and I'm hoping to get corrected surface reflectance at the end of this.

I've amended my answer below: I haven't used field maps in a little while, so I forgot that there is only one OUTPUT field per field map. So, you need to make a new fieldmap for each field you want in an output.

In that case, you'll have to define your zones manually, then take the reclassified raster and split it into the zones. It would then be pretty easy to calculate percentages for each zone manually. Again, I defer to your specialized expertise as to what makes sense for each zone. Some ideas include field boundaries, soil survey polygons, or buffers around the channels and field edges.
