I tried that without any success. My original entry uses values entered within ArcPAD Studio and doesnt refer to an external dbf the combobox comes up with an script error <COMBOBOX name="Priority work" x="36" y="2" width="91" height="12" defaultvalue="" listtable="" listvaluefield="" listtextfield="" tooltip="" tabstop="true" border="true" required="true" sort="false" field="PRIORITYWK">

Am using 10 and i was just reading how you could do similar in 10.1. Mostly a map with a small table.

Thanks for your reply @PolyGeo. I havent used ArcPy at all and have used Python a little. Am trying to create a report that shows the parcel and the tabular data on a single page. I have used data driven pages and can do this manually but i havent got far with the reporting tools.
