I've had a career in GIS since 2006, but it's also a hobby where this site helps answer lots of those off-the-beaten-path questions I always come up with.

Do you just have to remove the single quotes from 200? '200' -> 200

comment Setting “R Folder” Path in QGIS Sextante
@user19351 I had a small permissions issue on Windows 8.1 and just had to give my user full read/write access to the R folder. But you might have to set the R path first in Processing>Options and Configuration>Providers>R>R folder (C:\Program Files\R\R-3.1.0).

comment Saving Shapefile to File Geodatabase in QGIS 2.2?
If they're on Windows and using osgeo4w installer, they just need to install the gdal-filegdb package to get write functionality.

comment How to enable multithreaded processing in qgis 2.2
@jpmaniac87 Yea, because plugins are built with Python, and there is a multiprocessing or threading (threading is usually used with queue) module for Python that they would have to add to their scripts specifically.

@jpmaniac87 It looks like from from this answer in another question that that might not be possible given how the QGIS versions are packaged on Ubuntu. Looks like it's one or the other.

@jpmaniac87 I haven't used Ubuntu in a long time and do my GIS work on Arch Linux so I compile everything from source. So I wouldn't know how the PPA's for Ubuntu are and if you could install QGIS (stable) with QGIS (master) at the same time.

comment How to clip a lines vector layer to a polygon layer in QGIS?
Are any features topologically "invalid" from either the lines or the polygon? Invalid features can yield an empty result. It's also good practice to avoid spaces in file names and paths, but that's not likely what's causing the empty output.
