comment Suggested Workflow for Generating NITF (w/headers) using Nitro in Python
Yes and no. It doesn't consider external files for headers and RPC data (like xml data), so I'm trying to figure out how to fill in the headers correctly AND load in the RPC00B data.

@blah238 This would be on a county/regional level to start out. Simple for now. Showing "local" infestation as an appeal to youngsters.

@BradHards You're right. I am just thinking of starting with a simple model that accepts a few parameters and goes from there. I'm just not sure how to get started with implementing ODEs like that in ArcGIS. Also, for now, it would be something that takes advantage of basic public data, like a DEM, Census blocks, networks (streams/roads), etc.

Hmm... I'll have to check out the Agent Analyst extension. I hadn't heard of it until now. Should be interesting. Also, mapofthedead looks interesting, but I'm not sure how they model that.

Ah, that makes more sense then. Did you think that the rest looks like it "should" work?

(1) That's what I was thinking. (2) I did this, but I think the problem is with... (3) This part. I know I misinterpreted this part. Feel free to propose a correction. I am mainly trying to interpret what you mentioned in the other question. What's the best way to fix this?
