Great - it works. There are a lot of problems with 2.01; I'm sticking with 1.8 excepting one map where I need to increase marker line thickness.

Polygonize seems to use 1 map unit per pixel no matter what the georeference scale says, it just uses the x,y in the georeference. The tiff imports correctly when imported as a raster into QGIS.
