comment How can I use boolean value in QGIS style rule?
What data source are you using? QGIS doesn't even support creating bool fields in new Shapefiles or Spatialite afaik.

comment How to publish a single (standardized) QGIS symbology which relates to different datasets of same schema?
To me, it seems like the key issue here are SVG and font paths. I'm not sure there is a good solution though ...

Try the Time Manager plugin but note that it can only export images at screen resolution.

Does it have to be a print composer solution? Or can you live with screen resolution?

comment How to display multiple attributes in a QGIS Composer legend?
I've reopened this question since it's sufficiently different from suggested related questions. As was pointed out in a comment, there is a functionality like this in ArcGIS which allows to add legend labels and descriptions.

comment Create a script to add delimited text layer in QGIS
Please fix the line breaks in your question. Also, it seems like there are no x and y columns in your CSV but they are specified in the uri definition. Finally, it seems like you are mixing parts related to opening the CSV with parts for writing a Shapefile.
