Dissolve with dominant/majority field this sounds good, I'll try that |

Dissolve with dominant/majority field to clarify: I dissolve on "parcel id" value. All subparcels belonging to the same parcel share this value. What I want to know is the "dominant land use" within this parcel, by calculating the land use that takes the most area within the parcel |

Change order of features in a shapefile unfortunately it works with FGDB, not with shapes |

Change order of features in a shapefile @GuillaumeC I want to sort the features in the shapefile because I'm embedding this shapefile in a mobile app. The app will display a list of features, and although I could do the sorting at load time, I'd prefer to have them sorted. I think it's a legitimate reason, isn't it? |

Change order of features in a shapefile the script seems promising, as soon as I can try it I will mark the answer as 'the right one' |
