comment Where to download ArcGIS Web Adaptor?
This has changed. First click ArcGIS for Server "downloads" and then find the adaptor as one of the available downloads.

Have you looked at ol.source.TileArcGISRest? It dynamically gets a "tile". "Layer source for tile data from ArcGIS Rest services. Map and Image Services are supported."

comment How to Display Coordinates of an Existing Point Layer in ArcMap
Slow! And same invalid results as the Generate XY tool. Selecting the "Calculate Geometry..." tool just below this one did work, though.

comment Using Proj4js in Openlayers - Proj4js is not defined
This code is misleading. The Proj4js.defs reference is really just a reference to proj4.defs. It also doesn't complete the adapter interface. At a minimum it needs to provide a srsCode getter.

comment How to clone an ol3 style?
It does it but they don't have a clone on them. Your code would probably work but it's not the "simple way" I was looking for.
